Sketchbooks

Seating charts! Yay!

Today we started our sketchbooks. The sketchbooks for this class will be a little different than my other art classes. I have a few more requirements for the front cover. I'm pretty sure everyone finished binding their sketchbooks in class, minus designing the front cover. This is what the sketchbook is made up of: tag board for front and back covers; the innards of the sketchbook are this page and these pages, and then 7 blank pages for other doodles and brainstorming.

We used a stab binding technique. There is a video on Google Classroom that describes the assignment and shows the demo of how the sketchbook should be completed. Google Classroom also gives a more in depth look and what I'm expecting for the Illuminated Letter on the front cover.
