Bell Ringer:

The project outline is on Google Classroom under Unconventional Figure Drawing. There's a planning form you need to fill out as well as a document with links to all the artist's we've looked at over the last few weeks. I've also attached the slideshow that we went through in class to talk about some of the project requirements and give examples.

The link to the slideshow is below as well:

You will need to complete the following:

Planning Form on Google Classroom

3 Thumbnail sketches in your sketchbook (find the page with the dotted lines, all three will go in one of those sections)

Value Comp: Can be done in the sketchbook or on a separate page

Color Comp: Can be done in the sketchbook or on a separate page

Start Final Project

Unconventional Figure Drawing:

You can abstract or draw the figure/face in an unconventional way

You can use your body to draw (your hands don't count)

The figure needs to be the main part of this project and the key is unconventional. If you don't do something unconventional and can't defend it, then you won't receive full points for the project.
