Bell Ringer:

No Bell Ringer except to pick up sketchbooks and realistic hand drawing.

The majority of the self-assessments for Drawing the Hand Realistically were completed incorrectly. So we got to go through and redo them! Yay! On the self-assessment it asks that you take a picture of the drawing of your hand AND label it correctly with the following 5 values: Highlight, Midtone, Reflected Light, Core Shadow, and Cast Shadow. Many of you only uploaded a picture....you need to LABEL IT.

You should've uploaded your picture to a Google Slide and then used text boxes with arrows or lines to identify which labels where which. It should look like the image below except instead of a sphere it's the drawing of your hand.

You should upload the slide to the self-assessment. It will let you, I promise!

When you're done, turn the drawing of your hand back in.

Afterwards, we reviewed the project steps and requirements for the second half of the project, the manicule. Refer to the previous class post for the step by step process you should follow.
